4.14 We reserve the right to refuse to open an account at our discretion.

4.16 Related Parties are not eligible to place a bet/wager or participate on any website operated by or on behalf of Us. We will void any bet/wager that they determine has been placed by or on behalf of any of the Related Parties.
4.17 After opening your Account, you must take all reasonable steps to avoid disclosing (whether deliberately or accidentally) any of your Account details including your username, password and/or account number to anyone else. You must also ensure that you have taken all reasonable precautions against fraud and computer hacking including the use of up-to-date security software on your device and changing your password regularly.

5.1 By opening an Account on the Website, you warrant to us that you are at least:

(b) Of legal capacity to place a wager in the jurisdiction in which you are located, whichever is the greater (the “Requisite Age”).

5.2 In the event that we discover you are under 18 years of age or under the legal age for gambling of the country in which you are resident, we will report such attempts or activities to the relevant regulatory or authoritive bodies who in turn, may refer the matter to your local prosecution authorities, parents, legal guardians or any other appropriate legal authorities.
6.1 The password that you choose must be kept private and secure by you always. Should you forget your Account login or password please contact Customer Support for assistance. Failure to keep your password private and secure could lead to unauthorised activities on your Account for which we accept no liability.
6.2. Transactions made using your Account(s), login details and password are accepted by us on the understanding that the transactions have been authorised by you. We shall not be liable for any claims if you disclose your username and password to anyone else (whether deliberately or accidentally).
6.3 If another person accesses your Account(s) you are solely responsible for all their actions whether their access was authorised by you and we shall not be liable for any claims in the event that you disclose your login details and/or password to a third party either intentionally or accidentally.
6.4 Should you feel or become aware that your Account(s) security has been compromised, you are obligated to contact us immediately.
6.5 We reserve the right at our sole discretion to close your Account(s) if we suspect that you have disclosed your login and/or password to any third party.
6.6 You are not permitted to (or attempt to) sell, transfer or acquire accounts to or from other persons.
6.7 We reserve the right to void any or all bets/wagers placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals in an attempt to unfairly affect the outcome of the bets/wagers.
7.1 You understand that your Account is not a bank account and cannot be used as such. Any monies deposited with us in your account shall not bear any interest to you. All funds deposited by you must be used for the sole purpose of real money gambling. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee as per clause 7.2.2 or (we may withdraw from the balance in your Account) in respect of deposits or withdrawals which we believe have been made for purposes primarily associated with reasons other than real money gambling on the website. 7.2 There are minimum limits on the amounts that you can withdraw (as stated in 7.2.1) from your account with all withdrawals subject to verification and AML (Anti Money Laundering) regulatory requirements. 7.3 All customer funds are held in bank accounts which are separate from our own accounts. Our bank has acknowledged that the funds in these designated client bank accounts remain the property of our customers and can only be used for the specific and exclusive purpose of enabling participation in the gambling products offered on our websites. This means that steps have been taken to protect customer funds but that there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid in the event of insolvency.

7.8 We, in our absolute discretion, reserve the right to refuse to accept any method of payment presented to us irrespective of whether we have previously accepted such payment method from you or would usually accept that payment method from any player. 7.9 You may withdraw funds at any time provided that you have registered your payment details and provided that all necessary verification checks have been completed to our satisfaction. (b) You have a pending withdrawal on Your account.
(ii) Where the payment method You last used to deposit does not allow for withdrawals to be processed directly back to that payment method, we will redirect Your withdrawals to a payment method of our choice.
(iii) Where none of Your registered deposit methods are viable for withdrawal we will offer you a manually processed bank transfer. You will be informed in the withdrawal page of Your account if this is the case.
7.11 Any form of inter-account transfer is strictly prohibited.
7.12 In the event that we incorrectly credit your Account with funds that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical, human or other type of error, you must notify our Customer Service team immediately. The funds will remain our property of and we shall be entitled to reverse any such credits and/or recover those sums from you if they have been withdrawn as a debt owed by you to us.
7.13 Our employees are unable to place any wagers on your behalf.
7.14 In line with section 7.6 through 7.14 we are duty bound by Gibraltar regulatory requirements to perform various checks and points of verification. These may require the production of your ID and other supporting documentation which could incur administration delays prior the processing of any withdrawal. 7.15 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that internet gambling is legal in their location and that the customer understands the relevant legislation concerning online gambling. 8.1 We reserve the right to suspend your Account, and withhold both the cash and bonus balance of your Account, until it can be fully satisfied of validity if:
(a)you are found or suspected to be participating in any form of collusion or fraudulent practice;
(b) we become aware that you have invalidly requested a charge-back or have denied any of the transactions made on your Account; in which case we may reverse requested deposits or off set the account balance to address charge back costs;
(c) you become bankrupt or have equivalent proceedings occurring anywhere in the world; or
(d) you have more than one account at any one time, on any Website on our network ;
(e) you are using our software and/or system in a manner which we deem inappropriate; or
(f) you are found to be in breach of any other terms of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 If we become aware or suspect that a transaction is suspicious and involves or may involve financial crime or similar activity then we will retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you pending Our investigations. In addition, we reserve the right to retain any funds related to that activity and the balance on the accounts in question. As part of our financial, suspicious activity and AML requirements, we shall be under no obligation to provide you with any reasons for these actions. If the activity and transactions are cleared of any suspicions all retained funds will be made available to you.
8.3 Where we suspect that you are participating in any form of collusion, fraudulent practice or money laundering activities, we reserve the right to report such activity or suspicions to the regulators, the police, relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions including details of your identity and you agree to cooperate fully with us to investigate any such activity.
9.1 you can close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Once the closure has been executed, you will be sent a confirmation email and you will be entitled to the return of any balance remaining in your Account subject to standard withdrawal processes and verification checks.
9.2 Except where you have self-excluded, you will be able to re-open your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. You should allow for up to 72 hours for these requests to be processed.
10.1 If you have not accessed or used your Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, your Account shall be deemed to be inactive (“Inactive Account”). We will use our endeavours to notify you before your Account becomes inactive, via the email address with which you registered your Account.
On the day of inactivation your account balance will be set to zero, a balance return can be requested at any time by contacting customer services
10.2 We will attempt to return any cash funds to the deposit method used, on the date of “Account Inactivity”
10.3 Inactive accounts can be reopened on request to customer services, however verification of account information changes will be required.
11.1 You agree that use of the Service is at your sole discretion and risk. Any wager placed by you is done solely on the exercise of your own judgment and discretion. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation or advice from us (including any of our employees) in deciding to place a wager. You also acknowledge that by using the Service you may lose money and you accept full responsibility for any such losses.
11.2 Due to the inherent nature of the internet, third party disconnections may occur during game play. We will not be held responsible for any financial loss caused by a loss of connection to our servers or lag in your internet or network connection whilst using the Service. In the event that a single player Game is disconnected where there are still active wagers of real currency ‘in play’, the game state will be stored and may be resumed at a later date for a period of thirty (30) days. Funds attached to Games which remain incomplete after thirty (30) days shall be forfeited. Incomplete games need to be completed before you may participate in a new game.
11.3 If a gambling transaction is interrupted due to a failure in our equipment in such a manner as to prevent you from continuing with the gambling transaction, the bets will be voided and we will refund any amount staked by you in respect of the gambling transaction in question or, if possible, ensure that the gambling transaction is resumed and this will be your sole remedy in respect of any such disconnection caused by us. This does not apply to third party disconnections such as network operators or internet service providers.
11.4 We will not make any changes to the rules, pay-outs or outcome probabilities to its games in a live environment or without informing our players prior to further game play after any such change.
11.5 We shall not be held responsible for any viruses, bugs, errors or defects in any of the Games on the Service, any content on the Service, systems, software or services which affects your enjoyment of the service or causes any damage or loss to your system or other personal property as a result of your use of the Service. Should this occur, you must report this immediately to Customer Support. Should you knowingly profit from a fault in the system or in a game, we reserve the right to void all game play and/or winnings.

14.7 If any term of any promotional offer is breached or there is any evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers (for example, demonstrably similar patterns of play or common locations of players), we reserve the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in our absolute discretion void the wagers funded by the deposit and the bonus.
(a) While playing with an active bonus, it is forbidden to be involved in activities that give the player a clearly unfair advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to, these: delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements, leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed, playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play, using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.
14.8 We reserve the right to investigate any irregular or suspicious playing patterns to ensure fair play and the correct use of Bonuses. For example, we consider low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting to be irregular gaming when used to exploit Bonuses. Further examples of irregular playing patterns also include, but are not limited to:
(a) Placing single or multiple bets of a value of fifty percent or more of the bonus on any single game, individual hand, or round, building a balance and significantly changing play patterns such as bet size, game types and bet structures etc. in order to meet the wagering requirement.

In the event that we deem that an irregular playing pattern or other activity, that is contrary to the spirit of bonus offers has taken place, we reserve the right to prevent you from withdrawing Account funds, restrict you from receiving any further Bonuses and/or withhold any of your winnings derived from your use of any Bonus.
14.9 All bonus offers must be completed within 28 days (unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotional Terms) of being awarded (stacked bonuses included). After this time, bonus offers, unused bonus funds and linked winnings will be forfeited.
14.10 Wagering real-money funds will not contribute towards the bonus wagering requirements. Where a player has both a real money and bonus balance then the real money balance is used for cash game play.
14.11 When a bonus is activated and followed by subsequent real money deposits, contribution to the Bonus will be suspended and resume only once the real money balance is at zero.
14.12 Withdrawal of funds before the wagering requirement has been met will void ALL bonuses and any winnings associated to these bonuses held on your account. Only the sum of the original cash deposit or remaining balance of the original deposit may be withdrawn.
14.13 We reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet, free game or offer to their account. We retain the right to suspend this and any associated account(s) for the duration of any resulting investigation and permanently close all accounts should our investigation identify a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or the relevant Promotional Terms.
14.14 All promotional offers are intended for recreational play and we may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
14.15 All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace. 14.16 Players depositing or withdrawing using e-Wallets (e.g. Neteller/Skrill) cannot stake more than $0.5 in any single bet while completing wagering requirements of any bonus.
